Dropped by today to buy some guitar strings. Unfortunately I forgot all about that and spoke to Stewart about a new bass that I now own. Great service. No hassle. My first visit. Won't be my last. Huge areay of musical wonder available. I recommend them highly.

Great variety of instruments. Service was awesome. The knowledge our service assistant had was amazing and a great help. Apologies for forgetting your name; but he was a tall thin guy and went above and beyond to answer any questions we had for him 👍. Definately be worth having him on your team. Deserves a pay rise! All staff were pleasant and happy. Shop was amazing and very big. Good to see the real music would still live on.

I picked up a brand new DW Design series drum kit at nearly 40% off retail, actually 46% off recommended retail. They have a great selection of musical instruments, and hardware, and the attitude of the people who work there reminds me of the old Billy Hyde's Drum Craft in Sydney before Allen's bought them out and ruined it.

Have been a customer of Gold Coast Music for many years. They always have a wide range of products and brands in stock, but it’s the team that sets them above and beyond the competition. Always found them to be helpful and attentive even when the shop is full of people, they still take time to offer advice and quality service. They all have a wealth of knowledge and are always a pleasure to deal with. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Recently bought a new guitar here that I had been struggling to find in Aus. Stewart was a great help responding to multiple emails and questions as I was buying from interstate. Managed to get in to the store and try it out and the team then organised free delivery back to Sydney so that I didn’t need to risk damaging it on the plane home. Great service from start to end. Highly recommend the team here.

Very helpful employees, would always be their to answer questions and would give very useful information and good detail. The guitar I purchased was PRS Silver Sky SE, they set up very well and would defiantly recommend them. Will be for sure buying from them again.

I've been a customer of Gold Coast Music for many years and I've always had a great experience there. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, and they're always happy to help me out for my live performance and studio needs. I've bought multiple guitars and studio/PA gear from GC music over the years, and I've always gotten a great deal and felt like a valued customer. Definitely the number one music store on the Gold Coast.

Absolutely love this place. I don't exactly have to cash to buy from here all the time, but I certainly enjoy browsing. SO many cool instruments and accessories in this store. The staff always greet me at the door and ask if I need help with anything. The place always looks really clean too, also smells nice. Just a few things I really appreciate.
